An individual session can support you in (re) connecting with your authentic inner voice and guidance. The need for individual sessions can arise in times of crisis, breakdown or life circumstances which need extra attention. A safe container and being held in love can be essential in these moments. We create space in order for you to embrace a deeper relationship with yourself as the foundation of life. Deeper, often blocking energies, can rise to the surface and are lovingly integrated so that you leave the space with more self love and trust in yourself, ready to navigate your life in an empowered way.
